Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 48 - Order would be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Express Delivery - Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Courier Delivery (UK non-Mainland) - Order would be expected to arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
A courier service may be used in the case of larger items at TCS Games discretion when necessary.

 

Please note that if your Standard or Express order has not arrived within these times, your order may still be in transit. Standard and Economy delivery cannot be reported as lost with the delivery company until 10 working days have elapsed. If you have any concerns regarding your package please contact TCS Games and the matter will be looked into urgently.

International Shipping

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed: Order would expect to arrive in 5-7 working days.

Estimated delivery times are provided by our postal services, and packages can take longer to arrive, or may be subject to delays at Customs.

International Courier:  Couriers such as UPS, DPD, DHL, Parcelforce with express tracked options throughout the journey.
A courier service may be used in the case of larger items at TCS Games discretion when necessary.

Please note that TCS Games customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is refused by the consumer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by TCS Games shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.

 

Returns

Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
Pokemon TCG Code Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.
Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.

Liability for lost orders


If for any reason the customers package is misrouted or lost in transit we will immediately offer a replacement product or refund. Please allow the time for a compensation appeal to be successfully processed for the refund to be given.

For customers returning any package, if that package is misrouted or lost in transit NO replacement product or refund will be given

 

Cancellations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us ASAP to arrange this. We recommend notifying us before 12pm on a weekday of a cancellation to ensure it is not dispatched the same day. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Order Limits

On some items an order limit may be manually put in place, this will be detailed clearly on the product page and informed on all subscriber emails. With the demand for Pokemon right now its important that as many people are able to enjoy products as possible.

Ignoring these limits will have the entirety of your order cancelled. A refund will be issued, any unrecoverable payment processing fee's for your payment that may have occurred will be taken from your order price.
